You won't want to miss this! On Tuesday, Feb 13 at 5:45pm we will be holding a Masterclass on exercise, where we will break down all your reasons for not exercising and give you some simple solutions that will help springboard you towards creating the exercise habits you want!
Guests are encouraged (because better workout buddies or spouses are better for everyone), and this Masterclass is FREE!
We will give you some tips to workout in 15 minutes or less per day, using just your bodyweight or things you find lying around the house.
We'll also fill you in on some very simple items you can buy on Amazon for cheap that don't take up much space and won't break your wallet--things you can travel with, or take to the office, or leave out of the way until you want it.
If you prefer the gym, we have some tips for that, too.
You'll even walk away with a free 14 day bodyweight-only workout plan you can do in 15 minutes or less from home.
And, of course, we all know many of the health benefits of exercising, and we all want to do it. But at this masterclass, you'll learn the dangers of not exercising. I won't spoil it, but the toll you have to pay for not exercising is expensive.
