Two things we know about being healthy in the modern world:
It has never been easier to be healthy…
and it has never been harder.
We have more resources than ever — more gyms, more apps, more information.
Yet we also have more confusion, more obstacles, and easier access to things that harm us.
It’s not hard to see which side is winning.
-
Over 75% of adults live with at least one chronic condition.
-
More than half live with two or more.
-
And it’s hitting across generations.
It’s not for lack of trying.
We have more gym memberships, more yoga studios, and more wellness options than ever.
The problem isn’t resources or information —
the rules of health haven’t changed.
But the environment we live in has.
If you’re here, you lead people.
-
A business
-
A church
-
A team
-
A school
-
A nonprofit
And if you “just answer the phones”? You’re the one who actually runs the place.
You believe the people you serve are meant for more —
more energy, more clarity, more fulfillment, and better health than they’re experiencing right now.
And that instinct is correct.
But most leaders don’t have a clear path to make it happen.
They need a framework that fits their reality —
one that works with their culture and constraints, not against them.
That’s what we build.
What if the people around you were able to thrive — not just survive?
Imagine a workplace where:
People show up fully — for their family and their profession.
Teams recover faster and stay focused longer.
Health momentum builds… and keeps building.
Stress sharpens performance instead of destroying it.
Workplace wellness isn’t about adding to the noise of health information people never use.
It’s about re-thinking health, stress, longevity, and wellness for every part of your life — so your team can become who they were created to be.
It’s about honoring your body’s design for health and upgrading the way your physiology and mindset adapt to real-world pressure.
This is the foundation of how we approach Workplace Wellness—
health, as your body was designed to have.
That’s why we’re so passionate.
People no longer believe getting older should mean feeling older.
And younger people now feel older than ever. There is a growing disillusionment with “band aid” health fixes.
Over the last decade, I've worked with more than 400 organizations—schools, businesses, churches, nonprofits—and over 12,000 people. I've noticed something rising:
-
People care about their health.
-
They’re trying harder than ever.
-
And it still feels like they’re falling behind.
I know, because that was me. I knew the right things to do, but missed the most important pieces.
I was at my peak. New PhD, European Champion powerlifter, new baby, new life back home in Ohio
Then I learned I was in advanced stages of heart failure.
It gave me a new perspective—and a new mission.
I learned the hard way: no matter how well you eat, how much you exercise, or how "healthy" you think you are—if you ignore your body's design, you will pay for it.
That near-loss became my purpose.
I founded Restore Family Chiropractic to teach what I now know: If you honor your body's design for health, your body will honor you with health.
In the 21st century, that often means doing what others won't to get what others don't have: real health.
That’s why I’m so passionate. Because my family deserves to have me at my best.
And I know yours does to.
This is why Workplace Wellness is at the core of Restore Family Chiropractic.
And why it’s not confined to the “workplace”.
Your health follows you everywhere—home, work, church.
My goal is to give your group the framework to stay healthy and inspire others with their health.
Because when people understand their bodies—
when they learn to adapt to real-world stress—
they don’t just get healthier. They get their life back.

Health That Honors Your Body’s Design
The problem isn’t that people don’t care about health — it’s that most wellness programs don’t work in the real world.
They dump information on people, ignore physiology, and never change the environment people live and work in.
Our approach is different.
We teach teams how to shift both physiology and mindset so they can handle stress, adapt faster, recover better, and build momentum in the direction of real health.
Your Body Is Designed to Heal
Health isn’t created — it’s restored. When you remove interference and support the body’s design, healing happens naturally.
Suffering Happens When the Body Loses Function
Pain, fatigue, and chronic issues aren’t random. They’re signals that something is blocking the body’s ability to heal.
The Nervous System Runs the Show
Your brain and spinal cord regulate healing, stress, energy, and performance. If the nervous system is off, everything is off.
Posture Is the Window to Your Health
Your brain and spinal cord regulate healing, stress, energy, and performance. If the nervous system is off, everything is off.

How we make this event memorable
Step 1: Schedule a call so we can understand your people
We jump on a 10–12 minute call.
I ask about your team — not generic wellness goals — but what they’re actually dealing with:
-
stress cycles
-
posture demands
-
energy dips
-
the culture you’re trying to build
In two minutes, I’ll know exactly which talk or format will create the biggest needle-moving impact for your group.
Step 2 — We Choose the Format That Fits Your Reality
Your team may not have 60 minutes.
You may not have a conference room.
Some workplaces have rotating shifts; some have 5-minute huddles.
Churches want a different tone than a real-estate office.
That’s fine — we adapt.
You choose from the formats that already work across:
-
businesses
-
schools
-
churches
-
nonprofits
-
leadership teams
…and I tailor everything to your time, space, and people.
Step 3 — We Bring the Experience to You
I show up early, prepared, and already familiar with your team’s biggest pain points.
If it’s a Lunch and Learn, we bring the food.
If it’s a workshop, I bring all materials.
If it’s a huddle, I keep it tight and high-impact.
Your only job?
Tell your people what time to show up.
Step 4 — Your People Leave with More Than Motivation
No one needs another hype talk.
Your group walks away with:
-
actual tools
-
nervous-system resets
-
posture corrections
-
a new way of seeing their health
-
and strategies they can use the same day
This is not information dumping.
This is adaptation training — the kind that sticks.

The Science
Why Nervous System Health Is the Foundation of Real Wellness
🧠Better Brain Performance
-
Improved proprioception enhances cerebellar + frontal lobe activity
-
Better signal clarity = better focus, attention, and decision-making
-
Stress becomes easier to regulate instead of overwhelming
-
Supports neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to adapt and change
Bottom line:
A healthier spine improves how your brain receives, interprets, and responds to the world.
âš¡ Healthier Stress Response
-
Balances sympathetic (“gas pedal”) and parasympathetic (“brakes”)
-
Reduces chronic fight-or-flight activation
-
Supports healthier cortisol rhythms
-
Helps your body recover faster after pressure or high demands
Bottom line:
-
A regulated nervous system protects you from burnout.
💪 Improved Whole-Body Function
-
Because your nervous system directs every major system:
-
Better sleep from improved autonomic balance
-
Clearer immune response
-
Healthier digestion
-
More consistent energy throughout the day
Bottom line:
When your nervous system works better, everything works better.
📉 How Nervous System Health Reduces Sick Days
To reduce sick days, start by improving the systems that control:
-
recovery
-
inflammation
-
immune clarity
-
emotional regulation
-
cognitive load

Bottom line:
Fewer flare-ups, better recovery, more resilience.
Healthy nervous system. Healthy brain. Healthy people.
Chiropractic is brain health care
Frequently Asked Questions
Do these talks cost anything?
Most of our talks are free, and it depends on what specific component of Workplace Wellness you want. For instance, Lunch and Learns are typically free, and Corporate Wellness can involve a partnership. Keynote speeches can be booked at a negotiated rate.

How long is a Lunch and Learn?
In order to make the most our time, the typical Lunch and Learn takes about 40 minutes, plus time for questions. If you don’t have a traditional lunch period you can set aside or another planning day or training day, we can adapt to a shorter schedule, as needed.

Do you customize the topics?
Absolutely. Every talk is tailored to your team’s needs, work environment, and current stress or health challenges. We work with you to get your goals, and typically hope to return months later to further your results.

What do we need to provide?
Our goal is to make it as easy on you as possible, though sometimes we have to get resourceful. In an ideal world, you provide the room and advertise to your people and we do everything. If you don’t have the space or a time, we will get creative. A tech hookup is ideal, but not necessary.

How many people can attend a Lunch and Learn?
The best outcomes come when you have at least 12 people in attendance. If it’s smaller than that, we will get resourceful and find a way to maximize our impact (possibly by having virtual options, multiple talks, or by inviting your neighbors or clients).

Is this only for businesses, or can churches and community groups participate?
Any group can host a wellness session — businesses, churches, schools, nonprofits, real-estate teams, client-appreciation events, you name it. One of our most popular locations is in apartment complexes and community centers!

I don’t have employees — can I still host an event?
Yes. Many solo entrepreneurs, realtors, insurance agents, and small business owners host client appreciation wellness events for their clientele or referral partners. We will ask for an estimated head count for planning purposes, and will need a firm headcount 2 days in advance.

How do you cater to church groups?
This is one of the most important questions. Because Dr Todd is seminary-trained (including an MDiv and a ThM), churches are especially close to Dr Todd’s heart. Years ago, there were two taboo topics in church: health and finance. Thanks to Dave Ramsey and others, Finance is now mainstream, but for some reason, health is still in the shadows. When it comes to churches, we can empower church leadership and help with staff meetings, or we can use larger scale church initiatives using the Biblio Diet framework. As a personal friend to Jordan Reuben, we align all health principles with a Biblical concept for the body as a temple. The chiropractic message that “the Power that made the body heals the body” is a theological principle rooted in holistic health. The two go hand in hand.

Do you offer virtual presentations?
Yes. All signature talks can be delivered in person or on Zoom/Teams.

Is this chiropractic treatment?
No. These are educational sessions that focus on nervous system health, stress adaptability, posture, and real-world wellness habits. No adjustments are provided during talks.

Is this a sales pitch?
No. This is outreach. Your team will walk away with clear, actionable tools — not pressure or sales tactics. If we believe your team can benefit from care in our office, we may invite them, but this is not a high pressure sales call.

How soon can we schedule?
Most groups book 2–4 weeks out, but this is subject to availability, and these talks are in high demand. Contact us if you have specific dates in mind so we can check availability and plan.

Can you support large events or health fairs?
Absolutely. We regularly serve organizations with 100–500 attendees and can staff multiple screening stations if needed.

Do you offer ongoing wellness programs?
Yes. We have formal corporate wellness initiatives with certain businesses or organizations. This can take a variety of forms, but often results in reduced price care for your team. In some cases, we schedule quarterly check ins and regular health coaching.
