What Is a Wellness Table?
A Wellness Table is a casual but exclusive dinner we host three to four times per year.

It’s an opportunity for people who already come to our office—like the person who invited you—to introduce friends and family to real, root-cause solutions for their health concerns.
​
This is a soft, easy introduction to a different way of thinking about health.
​
We gather around a table—sometimes in our office, sometimes at a nearby restaurant—and spend about 75–90 minutes together.
​
It’s exclusive because it’s only for current patients and the guests they personally invite who have never been patients before.
What to Expect
You can expect good food.
Good conversation.
And a relaxed, welcoming environment.
​
Our goal is for you to finish the evening with a clearer understanding of how your body was designed for health—and to feel empowered to take steps toward that health.
​
Typically, we spend about 15–20 minutes hearing brief patient victories and sharing practical insights to help you understand how your body works, and how stress, posture, and daily habits influence your health.
​
There’s no medical jargon.
No scare tactics.
Just clarity and perspective you can actually use.
Will You Be the Only New Person?

Most people at the table are guests attending for the first time.
You’ll be in good company.
This dinner is designed for you.
Is This a Sales Event?
No.

We do these dinners as part of our outreach because we believe health is better in community—and people deserve to understand their bodies before making decisions about their health.

If someone wants to explore next steps after the dinner, that option is available.
If not, that’s perfectly fine too.
What Happens After the Dinner?
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body’s design for health.

If you decide you’d like to take the next step, you’ll have the option to schedule a new patient exam at a reduced rate.
​
If you don’t, you’ll still leave with insight, encouragement, and a new way of thinking about your health.
